Within the project we will also study the public space as a communication environment. The main idea of mobile television is to enable people to use television where ever (TV-Anywhere) and when ever (TV-Anytime). Within these spaces there already is lots of communication, both mass communication and one-to-one communication.

With this briefing it is possible to evaluate the premises of mobile television of becoming a part of the everyday communication of human beings. At the same time we are able to gather information for developing special content for mobile television. Briefing will be done by The Journalism Research and Development Centre, University of Tampere.
